OVERVIEW:

The Sales Analyst and Coordinator is a key player on the Olivet International Inc. team. The Sales Analyst and Coordinator is responsible for aiding team in driving revenue growth, providing support specific to each account, and managing all number related monitoring. Ideal position for a self-motivated analyst to manage. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the department store and off-price retailer channels.

Duties include but not limited to:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Be reliable, collaborative, and act with integrity as a key player on the Wholesale team.
  • Ability to analyze business and consult based on sales data, classification analysis and market share.
  • Create and implement sales strategies such as business plans by account to meet company sales and brand goals.
  • Research and perform competitive analysis (classifications, pricing, merchandising, etc.); monitor relevant trends and communicate with internal partners, where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Design and Development teams on products, pricing, and calendar deadlines.

Reporting:

  • Weekly sales reports – ownership of Topside Sales, By Style selling for Major Accounts
  • Master Sales Tracker for bottoms up roll up.
  • Brand analysis and sales tracker.
  • Support in updating seasonal reports for company. Total Business Unit master tracking of business.
  • Purchase Order Tracking for all retailers.
  • Creating presentations for all retailer specific meetings.
  • Online item set up creation and monitoring per retailer platform.
  • Track all markdown support to individual retailers, keep records.

Market

  • Market Prep: appointment scheduling, preparing past collection buys and responsibility to gather all historical bookings and STD Sales for market as requested.
  • In Market: support in market order selection, ask for account feedback on collection, and order follow up.
  • Post Market: Provide meeting recaps per retailer and provide appropriate follow-up.
  • Responsible to independently manage small portfolio of accounts to be determined in time.
  • Manage all specialty branded account direct business.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSETS:

  • 2-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with department store and off-price retailer channels
  • Passionate about numbers and sales. Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluent in retail math
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented and outgoing
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented, meticulous, and reliable.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
